Look at my comment on the news

Whew, thank goodness Pika is strong.
I swear I've heard the 'prepare yourself' quote before, but I can't place where. It's killing me. >.<

Best page yet. The characters are getting personalities shown, it's intense, and the art is great! Keep this up, Blu, and the fans will come rolling in.

success!

@bluefiredragon: you asked for my review, it has been finished! I rather enjoyed skimming this comic to review it, jolly good show blue. So I'm going to start with my criticism on the characters. They aren't developed GREATLY, but they're developed quite decently and you can get a rough understanding of what they're thinking. The main character is likeable, a sarcastic, yet sensible kid who's fairly relatable and overall funny to watch, which perfectly links us up to the humour. I swear to god, out of all the comics like this, this one has one of the best senses of humour and comedy I've seen. It's quite good, appeals to a wide audience without kicking down the fourth wall and overall made my look through the comic a lot of fun. Next is the art. This is where my review gets some "hoo". The hoothoot is out of the bag so now my comments on your art. Your art STYLE is very casual, and I quite like how you pull that off. Although if you like the style of someone, it's usually personal preference so let's get to the real nitty gritty. The art itself is rather consistent and has an original, yet not far out way of conveying the characters. Biology-wise it's not great but since there's some effort gone into shading, tone and conveying feeling I can let it slide. I might be biased since I'm VERY touchy about if a comic tries shading, but, *throws reviewing rulebook out of window* I LIKE THIS SO SHUT UP SOCIETY. And now that I look completely unprofessional let's get to the final part since numbers do not lie.

Character design: 55/100. The characters are interesting and as I went over, decently developed. Although giving a few of them unique traits might serve you well and give fans a favourite.

Art: 40/100. It's a style I like (bias everywhere, don't shoot me.) but it could use a little more refinement and definitive focus on shading. When you shade, it helps to imagine the sun in the top right corner of the screen and think of where light would hit directly and be blocked for highlights and shades.

Humour: 66/100. Very funny when it tries to be funny and it appealed to me. Very well executed and it made this review a joy. A few visual gags and (don't go overboard with the following) fourth wall jokes would cover the whole area of comedy, meaning you can appeal to all audiences.

Final verdict: 59/100. This is a good, comic you have going and I hope you continue to work on it.

Things would have been so much easier if they had encountered Jessie and James. HOLY CRAP DOES PRACTICALLY EVERY TEAM ROCKET MEMBER HAVE AN EKANS?!?!?! Also, who doesn't love Jessie and James? They're so hilariously stupid. :D

@espeon8812: unfortunately for you, I have a tendency to make every SINGLE battle that might be significant seem very long and epic.

Therefore, you are incorrect. XD

@bluefiredragon: Well at least it makes it exciting. Buuuuuuuut you might want to mix it up a little. I think that would help the comic. :)
If you could be part of the Pokemon show, as one of Ash's traveling friends, which region would you come from? Would you be a former gym leader, a Pokemon League champion, or just a normal trainer, or something else, like a contest battler? What Pokemon would you have? I like to picture myself as a 12-year-old Indigo champion with an Eevee, Ninetales, Dragonair, Espeon, Umbreon, and Leafeon.
